When looking at catering needs, several menu options are available for you to choose and our experienced, highly qualified Executive Chef will ensure that all meals are impeccably cooked and presented.
You will find a number of different available options for your Special Ceremony. The Gardens Chapel, with a seating capacity for 150 guests, features stunning views of the Brokenback Ranges and overlooks two lakes. The side courtyard is perfect for gathering together after the Chapel ceremony or it can also provide a beautiful alternative if you prefer an outdoor ceremony. However, if your preference is for a “garden wedding,” the Gardens feature many areas to make your ceremony unique and special. We can guide you on the best way to make the most of the facilities on offer.
Within Hunter Valley Gardens’ 225 hectares there are numerous facilities to keep guests entertained including Harrigan’s Irish Pub, wine tasting, restaurants, children’s playground, picnic grounds, BBQ area and Shopping Village.
